Feeling uninspired, mentally fatigued, creatively blocked or lacking focus or motivation? Bathe your busy mind in the therapeutic sounds of Himalayan-to-crystal bowls, followed by a sonic wave massage and aromatic relaxation ritual. At the end of this sound bath is a journalling exercise to help cleanse and calm the mind to awaken creative thinking. Mental clarity is the golden window for inspiration and wisdom. This session is scripted to help relieve tension, worry or fear that may be blocking creativity and flow. All of our sound bath sessions are facilitated by a qualified sound therapist, trained to induce altered-state of consciousness, scientifically-proven to help reduce stress by providing essential brain rest for optimum mind vitality.
