aroma ritual + relaxation sound bath (1hr)

Surrender to the healing sounds of Himalayan and crystal bowls curated to help your mind rest, reset and expand into the realm of boundlessness… starting with an essential oil ritual to help soften tension and warm the senses.

OR

1:1 sound bath + embodied coaching (2hrs)

This is a combined therapeutic and empowering one-on-one session held in a beautiful wellbeing room. For a deeper mind reset, awaken your inner wisdom with a private relaxation sound bath, followed by an empowering coaching session. Ideal if you’re craving more clarity and inspiration to realign and flourish with soul purpose and confidence. Additional coaching sessions can be arranged in person or online, as required.

Both sessions are curated as a beautiful way to transition out of the seasonal hibernation spell.
